Terms of Service

Evolving Barbers Academy provides professional education and guidance for ambitious barbers building independent income and businesses. Our core offerings include:

• Barbering MasterClass — a self-paced digital curriculum covering craft and business systems, delivered through the War Room member portal with lifetime access after purchase.
• Road to Independence — selective 1-on-1 mentorship. Applications are reviewed; enrollment and fees are confirmed when a place is offered and payment is completed.

We may update, expand, or refine curriculum and delivery methods to maintain quality. Material changes to paid access will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

Anyone Stripe can successfully charge may purchase eligible products. MasterClass access is provisioned to the email used at checkout and is personal, non-transferable, and for lifetime use by that purchaser only. You must keep login credentials and temporary passwords confidential. Sharing access, credentials, or course files is prohibited.

Prices are displayed at checkout and charged in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. Receipts are issued by Stripe; War Room access credentials are delivered separately by us.

All videos, templates, charts, frameworks, copy, branding, and other materials in the Services are owned by Evolving Barbers Academy or its licensors. Purchase grants a limited, personal license to use the content for your own professional development. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, record, publicly perform, or commercially exploit the materials without prior written consent.

Many members who apply the curriculum with consistency see strong outcomes. That said, results vary. Income, client growth, and business performance depend on your skill, effort, market conditions, and decisions outside our control. Nothing in the Services is a guarantee of earnings or specific results. We provide education and structure; execution remains yours.

You may not pirate, scrape, re-upload, or share course content. We investigate credible reports of misuse (including notices sent to info@evolvingbarbers.com), review account activity where appropriate, and may permanently terminate access for violations. Staff may revoke War Room or portal access from the CRM when misuse is confirmed.

Contact info@evolvingbarbers.com before filing a payment dispute. While a chargeback or dispute is open, we may suspend War Room, affiliate, or related portal access pending resolution. Confirmed valid charges remain payable under these Terms and our Refund Policy.

Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evolving Barbers Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
